BUCHAN (Peterhead) Peacefully after a short illness courageously endured with Christian fortitude, at his home on Friday, December 11, 2015, John Bruce Buchan, aged 67 years (Retired curriculum leader for marine studies, North East Scotland College, Fraserburgh). Dearly loved husband of Gena Ritchie, a much loved and loving da of Lisa and Bruce, an equally loved father-in-law of Hanna and a proud and devoted granda of Lauren, David, Harrison and Caleb. Very sadly and sorely missed. Service in The Almanythie Hall, Grange Road, Peterhead on Wednesday, December 16, at 1.00pm, to which all friends are respectfully invited and thereafter to Grange Cemetery. No callers and no flowers please, but if so desired, donations in lieu of flowers at the hall door for chosen charities. "Safely Anchored".
