BEGG Peacefully with her family at Riverside Care Home, Aberdeen, on Wednesday, October 14, 2015, Violet (Vi), nee Steele, aged 88 years. Beloved wife of the late Don Begg, a dear mother to Donald and daughter-in-law Alison and the late Linda Quirie and son-in-law Tommy, a loving grandma to Emma, Caroline, Melanie and Connor and great grandma to Tayler, Oliver, Isabelle and Nicholas. Funeral service within Gordon & Watsons Rosebank Chapel, at 11am, on Friday, October 23. All friends respectfully invited. Family flowers only please, but donations, if desired, may be given at the time of the service to Alzheimer's Scotland.

Not so much a tribute Vi but an honest many recollections of all good times. What a Mum, what a Gran, what a chatterbox sometimes. You were always the mainstay every time we were all together - and that's a lot o glorious memories. Thank you for being yourself Vi.

Thinking of all the family at this sad time. Vi was a lovely lady and always had a smile. I used to enjoy our chats going over the happy times we shared and also keeping up with the family news. RIP Vi.
