STEPHEN Mary, Judith, Gwen, Dawn and families sincerely thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for the many kind expressions of sympathy extended to them by way of cards, letters and floral tributes following the very sad loss of Norman. Heartfelt thanks go to the doctors and staff of Elmbank Medical Practice, Foresterhill; Mr Callum Duncan and his team at Ward 205, ARI; Dianne Fraser, MND Clinical Care Specialist, occupational and physiotherapists; the Reverend Michael Shewan for his comforting visits and to John Mc Kinnon for conducting the funeral service and the very special tribute he paid to Norman. Special thanks to Raymond Mack, retired Grampian Police Welfare Officer for his support and advice. Thanks also go to Kevin and Ian at Gordon and Watson for their support, guidance and efficient funeral arrangements, to Susan and staff at the Hilton Treetops Hotel and to all who paid their respects at the crematorium and donated so generously to MND Scotland and Friends of the Neuro Ward which amounted to £1100.00. Very sadly missed.
