SMITH (Inverurie/Tornaveen )Very suddenly at Fort William on August 22 2015, while on holiday, George Gauld Smith, aged 80 years, late of Claydykes, Tornaveen, dearly loved husband of Moira Stuart, much loved and respected stepdad of David and Sarah, and granddad Geordie to eight, brother of the late Ethel, brother-in-law of Davie, George and Julie, uncle and friend to many, popular entertainer to all. Funeral service in Leochel Cushnie Parish Church on Friday August 28 at 1.00 p.m. thereafter to churchyard. All friends respectfully invited. Family flowers only please, donations, if desired for Chest Heart and Stroke Scotland at church door.

On be half of the couples Mr and Mrs Massie , Mr and Mrs Taylor and Mr and Mrs Allanand SheilaMckay we would like to send our condolences to Mrs Smith and family on the recent bereavement . We were the couples who were opposite you on holiday in the bus tour .We were so sorry to hear of your sad loss before we left Fort William although it was a short time we met George he was such a nice caring man and had agood sence of fun.i am sure you will lots of happy memories just as we had with his company .We are all thinking of you all at this very sad time
