CUNNINGHAM Peacefully at home, on July 2, 2015, Rita Mary Cunningham (nee Murphy), beloved spouse of Gerald, loving stepmother of Michael, Lyn and the deceased Paul, well loved sister of her 14 siblings and aunt and great aunt to their many children. Her remains will be received into St. Mary's RC Cathedral, Huntly Street, Aberdeen, on Sunday, July 12, 2015, at 4.30 p.m., where Vespers of the Dead will be sung. Her remains will thereafter be transferred to St. Mary's Chapel, South Deeside Road, Blairs, Aberdeen where her Requiem Mass will be celebrated (in the traditional Latin form) at 10.30 a.m., on Monday, July 13, 2015 followed by her interment at Springbank Cemetery, Springfield Road, Aberdeen. R. I. P. In lieu of floral tributes, donations may be made to The Shanroe Trust Fund (set up by Rita in her will to benefit national and international charities).
