COLLINS Peacefully at home, on Thursday, February 19, 2015, Thomas (Tom), dear husband of Nancy/Annie and a loving and dearly loved father, grandfather and great-grandfather. To have a small, quiet gathering of his immediate family, only to say goodbye, was his wish so no callers or flowers please.
