CRUICKSHANK Ann, James David and their families would like to thank all relatives and friends for the kind expressions of sympathy extended to them personally, also by the many cards and flowers received in their recent sad loss of their dear parents, Jim and Margaret. Many thanks to Dr. Stark and Community Nurses at Victoria Street Medical Group, the staff of Ward 4, A.R.I., and the staff of Ward 16, Woodend Hospital for their dedicated care of dad and mum. Thanks also to the staff and carers at Lewis Court for their kindness. Special thanks to Uncle Bill, Auntie Erna and Uncle John for their tireless support throughout, to Rev.
