No last farewell words were spoken, no time to say goodbye, You were both gone before we knew it and no one can say why. They say there is a reason, they say that time will heal, But neither time nor reason will change the way we feel. It's a lonely life without you both, for nothing is the same, All we have are memories and your photos in a frame. We travel to your resting place and flowers we place with care, But no-one knows the heartache as we turn and leave you there.
