SMITH Cathie, Betty, Bill and their families sincerely thank all friends, relatives and neighbours for the kind expressions of sympathy extended to them personally, by card, by telephone and by floral tributes following the recent sad loss of their Dad, Alfie. Special thanks to Rev Fyfe Blair for his comforting and uplifting service and to Irene Squires for her lovely personal celebration of Dad's life and his great love of Robert Burns' works. Sincere thanks to James McDonald, undertakers, for their very professional services, and finally thanks to the large congregation at the Church and to all who paid their respects at the graveside. The generous donations to St Johns Court and Havencourt Care Home are much appreciated. A true gentleman who will be missed in so many ways.
