SHAND (Findochty) Suddenly but peacefully on Monday, June 29, 2020, with his daughter by his side at Dr Gray's Hospital, Elgin. Douglas James (Dougie) Aged 69 years. A well loved eldest son, brother, father, grandfather and a friend of many. Cremation private due to current restrictions.
