NORMAN HOGGINS 27 November 1929 to 19 November 2017 Treasure memories of a loving husband and devoted father. Always in our thoughts, forever in our hearts and sadly missed. He never looked for praises He was never one to boast He just went on quietly working For the ones he loved the most Love Ruth, Richard and David.
