YARDLEY(Rothienorman, formerly Newton Mearns,Glasgow) Peacefully, at home in Rothienorman, surrounded by his family, on Saturday, May 12, 2018, John, aged 71 years. Beloved husband of Edna, much loved dad of Gillian and Rosslyn, a dear father-in-law, a devoted papa to his five grandchildren and a sadly missed brother of Ralph and Janette. Following a private family burial, a service of thanksgiving for John's life will be held at St Andrew's Parish Church, Inverurie, on Monday, May 21 at 12.00 noon, to which all are invited. Family flowers only please but donations, in lieu, may be made at the church door, towards Marie Curie and Macmillan Cancer Support.
