Frances's funeral service to which all are welcome will be held at 12 noon on Tuesday December 1, in Graham J. Rattray's Funeral Home, Shore Street, Lossiemouth, IV31 6PB and thereafter to Elgin Cemetery. Family flowers only please, donations to local charities may be given at the funeral home door if desired.
