DUNCAN (Netherdale)Peaceful ly after a long illness bravely fought, at A. R. I., on Wednesday, March 18, 2015, Vandra Duncan (nee Joss), will be sadly missed by her husband Hugh and children Hugh, Lindsey, Gayle and Hazel and her twelve grandchildren. Funeral arrangements later.
