NORMAN HOGGINS 27/11/1929 to 19/11/2017 Treasured memories of a loving husband and devoted father. Always in our thoughts, forever in our hearts and sadly missed. He never looked for praises, He was never one to boast. He just went on quietly working, For the ones he loved the most. Love Ruth, Richard and David.
