EDDIE (Mintlaw/Strichen) Linda, Colin, Arthur and all the family wish to express their sincere and heartfelt thanks to everyone for the many kind and thoughtful expressions of sympathy and support they received, on the recent sudden and sad loss of Philip Arthur, by way of cards, messages, phone calls and numerous flowers. Our thanks to all the medical staff at Mintlaw surgery for all the care and kindness shown to Philip, our sincere gratitude to Rhoda Macdonald for conducting such a thoughtful meaningful tribute to Philip at both the church and graveside, our heartfelt thanks to Owen of Buchan Funeral directors Mintlaw, for the kindness shown to us all, and the exemplary and professional attention to detail in arranging the funeral, our thanks also to the Bancar Hotel for the most welcome refreshments, also to the staff and Philip's friends at The Garret, a very special thanks from us all to all those that came to pay there last respects to Philip at the church and graveside, and so generously donated over £2000 towards Myotonic Dystrophy, a cause very close to us all. Philip will be remembered and sadly missed always.
