FALCONER (Elgin) Peacefully, at The Grove Care Home, Elgin on Saturday, December 15, 2018, Bill, (formerly of Petrie Crescent), beloved husband of the late Jean and much loved brother and uncle. Bill's funeral service, to which all are welcome, will be held at 12 noon, on Saturday, January 19, 2019, in Graham J. Rattray's Funeral Home, Shore Street, Lossiemouth IV31 6PB.
