SMART Very peacefully, at Fairview House Care Home, on Wednesday, July 12, 2017, with his loving family by his side, Robert Irvine (Bob), aged 83 years, formerly of Rowett Research Institute. Beloved husband of the late Catherine, much loved dad of Moyra, Robert, Gail and Cameron, dearly loved brother of Ian and Ray, a loving father-in-law and an adored grandad and great-grandad. Funeral service at The Aberdeen Funeral Home, 49 Causewayend, on Wednesday, July 19, at 1.30 p.m., thereafter to Newhills Cemetery. All friends respectfully invited. Family flowers only please, but donations in lieu, if desired, may be given at the chapel door for Cancer Research UK.
