MUTCH Ella, Pauline and Wendy would like to thank all relatives, friends, neighbours and work colleagues for the many kind expressions of sympathy, cards, letters, flowers and phone calls they have received following the sad loss of George, a loving and very dear husband, dad and son. The family have been overwhelmed by the kindness, love and support shown by so many at this sad and difficult time. Sincere thanks to Dr Booth and district nurses from Abernethy surgery, Marie Curie Nurses and the staff of Cornhill Macmillan Centre for the exceptional care, kindness and support given to George and the family when it was needed most, special thanks also to Rev. Allan Wilson for his visits, uplifting service and tribute which celebrated George's life, Brendan Sweeney, accordionist and friend, and to all at James Carcary Funeral Directors, for their compassion, thoughtfulness and attention to detail in making all the arrangements. Finally, a heartfelt thanks to the many, many, friends and ploughmen who came from near and far to pay their respects at Dunbarney Parish Church and cemetery, your attendance and support was a great strength and comfort. A big thank you also for the very generous donations of £1598.40 for the work of Macmillan and Marie Curie Nurses, in memory of George, a true gentleman who is sorely missed.
